P.M. Testing Laboratory, Inc. provides a full range of Metal Finishing and Non-Destructive Inspection Services from our state-of-the-art 18,000 sq. ft. facility in Tacoma, WA.
Operating as a small business concern, P.M. Testing provides NDI services to various types of industries such as U.S. Government, Aerospace, Marine, Oil, Gas, Construction, Chemical companies, Foundries and Forging Facilities, Pulp and Paper Mills, Steam and Power Plants and Post Tension Slabs (concrete). In addition, we serve a variety of contractors with various testing and qualification services. P.M. Testing offers both in-lab and fully portable mobile field labs to accommodate your needs and schedule with inspection results reported the same day.
Our Chemical Processes include Cleaning, Passivation, Chemical Conversion Coating and Anodizing. In addition to treatments, PM Testing offers an array of paints and finishes from primers to fire suppressant topcoats as well as polished and directional grain finishes. Analytical laboratory services include drinking water, storm water, waste water, process solution analysis and metallurgical testing. |

Commitment to Quality
Our Inspectors are qualified and certified in accordance with SNT-TC-1A, NAS-410 and BSS 7698. All inspectors are governed by a Quality System that exceeds the requirements of MIL-I-45208 and MIL-Q-9858. Current Personnel Certifications are available upon request. We have a PT, MT, and RT Level III with 40 years experience, on site and available for your technical needs.
Our Staff of Quality Assurance Professionals are continually monitoring our processes to assure compliance with in-house and supplier process specifications and solution controls. On our journey of continuous quality improvement, PM Testing staff also strives to improve our production rates by eliminating waste and streamlining processes.
